Digital Products

All products sold by BuyDigKey are digital software licenses and activation keys. No physical items are shipped.

Can I Return a Digital Product?

Because our products are delivered instantly, digital license keys cannot be returned once they have been successfully delivered and activated.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issue with your license key, we’re here to help.

What If My License Key Doesn’t Work?

If your activation key is faulty, invalid, or cannot be activated correctly, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

Simply email us at contact@buydigkey.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A screenshot of the activation error (if available)

Our support team will verify the issue with you.

Replacement Guarantee

If we confirm that your license key is defective or invalid, we will provide you with:

  • ✅ A replacement activation key free of charge, or
  • ✅ A full refund to your original payment method, if you prefer.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if:

  • The product has not been delivered, or
  • The activation key is confirmed to be defective or invalid by our support team.

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Successfully activated license keys.
  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer.
  • Compatibility issues caused by unsupported devices or operating systems.
  • Change of mind after successful delivery.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Wrong Product Received?

If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, please contact us immediately at contact@buydigkey.com.

We will send you the correct product or issue a full refund.
